US Highway 101 near Clark Avenue
I am from the San Jose area and saw four people pulled over in that area. I believe there was an airplane working at the time. About a week after that, a friend of mine got a ticket in the same area. This time there was a CHP on the over crossing with Lidar. Again, cops had people stopped on the 101.
