Graves Avenue & Sunset Trail

Third occurrence (First in Early May, 2012), Date: 06/02/2014 @ 07:00 am. One San Diego Sheriff / Santee Sheriff deputy at the corner, this time one is a Traffic Deputy on a BMW Motorcycle. Radar/LIDAR must be hidden, as I did not see any device in hand. The Sheriff is behind the “Lantern Crest Senior Living” big sign, pointing North towards people coming off of the hill. You can see someone behind the sign from the top of middle hill going down the hill. This area is 25 MPH Maximum and appears to be heavily enforced seasonally (After School Ends, Before School Starts, and After Major Events).

Sevilla Street & Calabria Street

Second Occurance: Motorcycle Cop is sitting on the Condo-side of the intersection. Drivers cannot see Sheriff/Motorcycle Deputy Cop behind hill and other cars. Looking for Speeders and Stop-Sign runners (California Stop). Be Aware, they are looking for Profits again! The Street may have turned from Private to Public Ownership, so the San Diego Sheriff / Santee Sheriff can enforce anything, anywhere in that area now.

San Diego Sheriff Department / Santee Sheriff uses LIDAR, sits behind an Apartment building, marked car, physcially hides behind bush. This is a Local Road per California Road System (CRS) Maps (http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/tsip/hseb/crs_map/16y21.pdf, http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/tsip/hseb/crs_map/16y21.pdf) (http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d17/vc40802.htm), can’t use Speed Trap Defense. Road is downhill, recent took out Stop Sign to increase speed downhill. 25 MPH MAX. GRAMPA IT! Charged with 22350, claimed 38 in a 25; i was going at a safe speed for conditions (no people, no cars pulling out, no cars parked next to my lane, clear visability, quality firm asphault road, no weaving.) – BE AWARE!
