I-5 southbound about 10 miles south of Stockton
Highway Patrol parks car on an on-ramp that has a view of Southbound traffic, pointing the radar gun at the oncoming cars. When he catches a speeder he jumps in his car and enters down the on-ramp to jump in behind the speeder.

Hard to spot until you come around curve at Sewer Plant and see as many as 5 CHP vehicles sitting there waiting to pick you off

I5 freeway between Eight Mile Rd. and Hwy 12
The CHP uses an airplane as a spotter for units on the ground. They will ticket you if you exceed 80 mph.

Lucile between Thornton and Don
CHP are constantly hiding on this residential street, it is slow 25mph road between Thornton which is a 45mph and Don which is 35mph, so people constantly drive 35-45mph on this long street.
They also go on Waudman which is the next street over.
