Cops usually on winchester west side ( closest to the freeway ) under the tree’s. ( Usually after 3pm and before 7pm )

Motor Officers will sit at the entrance to Old Town Temecula next to Starbucks waiting for southbound traffic on Front street. Posted speed limit changes from 40 to 25 at Rancho California and they catch people going well over 40 along this stretch of road.

Jefferson Ave in the 1/2 mile stretch between the McDonald’s located north of Rancho California Road and Montezuma to the north. At night, this straight stretch has no lighting, and with a 45 MPH limit and no cross streets, it is a frequent set-up for radar.
