Traffic backs up for those wanting to turn right onto Rancho California; cars tend to pass on the right. Highway Patrol vehicle/officer sits in among trees to catch offenders during heavy evening hour traffic. Stay within your lane proceeding to Rancho California or you will receive an expensive ticket!
Winchester Road near Intersection of Margarita and Winchester
When taking a left from Winchester onto Margarita do Not even attempt it if the light changes yellow before you start your turn. It is an extremely long intersection to get through and motorcycle cops sit in front of Lowe’s and come directly after you, especially in the a.m. hours during school.
Jefferson Road near South Rancho California Road

Observed Multiple Police units perhaps more than 10, motorcycle and squad cars seen with stopped drivers on Jefferson in Old Town area south of Rancho California Rd.
Heavy enforcement day, probably with high fines.
Good revenue for the city.

All along Rancho Vista motorcycle cops with radar. Especally when school signs lite
Ranch California Road near East of Margarita
East of Margarita and West of Butterfield Stage-Ambigious 25mph sinage on roadway as well as 55mph. posted not complynig with state standards of road construction speed limit change. Cops will "help you out" Only citing you for unsafe speed (22350cvc)not enforcing 25mph. construction zone penalties.
