Yucaipa, California Speed Traps

On Bryant St. Between Ave E and Wildwood canyon Rd… I live on Bryant and see at least one stop a week sometimes many on the same day.

Motorcop clocking drivers with speed gun….this area is their focus for this week.

One or two motorcycle units present on occasion. Emphasis on westbound traffic.

Police cars hidden – or sometimes in plain sight near the 7 Eleven. Intersection at County Line and Third.

Two motorcycle cops and 1 patrol car sit in front of the 9th grade campus for Yucaipa in the early morning and the afternoon when parents drop off and pick up their children. There are no school buses available for high school students in Yucaipa. The officers are there for the first two weeks of each semester constantly and than intermittently throughout the school year. They like to write citations very quickly and than move on to the next victim. If they get you stall them so they will write fewer citations. I received one in 2006 and won with a trial by declaration, (hehe). Cost the city more for the cop giving me that phony citation.
