Officers daily tucked back in to entrance to Red Rocks Elementary School after school gates closed, awaiting cars who accelerate westerly uphill as they leave town proper. Speed limit is unrealistic 25mph as you climb hill on westbound HWY 74. Also, no buildings, sidewalks or other realistic reasons to maintin 25mph other than to place speedtrap. Also watch for officer hidding in trees at first Red Rocks Park entrance on HWY 74 West, who will leap into road waving arms wildly and yelling for you to pull over. This is within yards of the 35pmh speed limit sign.
