Milford, Connecticut Speed Traps
Map location is not precise, I do not know exactly where the location falls on the map. State trooper spotted in the I-95 Northbound rest stop near Milford, CT. Vehicle was parked farther back near the exit. Be advised that rest stops are commonly used as speed trap areas.
City cop pulled into the Meadowside Playground / Ballpark facing toward the street with the headlights off. Be advised that the residential speed limit is 25 MPH.
Police unit sits on the north east corner of Naugatuck Avenue. Waiting for northbound drivers on Broadway to run the Stop Sign which 30% of cars do on a daily basis.
Town police sit at the entrance/exit to the railroad station. They park across from the Cafe Atlantique on River Street. This area is near the town green, but oncoming traffic cannot see the trap. Occassionally, they utilize an alternate location in the parking lot of the nearby bank. Be wary in the entire Milford center area.
