Windsor, Connecticut Speed Traps

Windsor police will sit about a quarter mile before the 291 entrance and point the laser at cars heading in from Bloomfield. Normal flow of traffic is around 50mph, not sure what the limit is.

A cop hides out towards the end of the entrance ramp to exit 37 traveling northbound on I-91. I have never come close to getting a ticket simply because that’s my exit. Unless that’s where you enter the highway, beware because you can miss the cop, even though the cop is not as sneaky as other ones.

A cop hides out under the bridge on the other side of the road if you’re coming from the center of town, i got stopped for gonig 45 in a 25, fortunately the cop was nice and only gave em a written warning, but if she didn’t it would of been $150, the best bet on that road is to slow down, because by the time you see the cop hiding in the bridge its too late, since the radar would ahve already detected your speed.
