Setting between the Vice-President’s compound and Wisconsin Avenue. The "ossifer" (DC’s finest) steps out into the middle of Mass. Ave. from behind shrubs where his cruiser is well hidden, and flags you over to the side. It’s a 30 Zone. Careful going 10-15 miles over. Have a good attitude and your fine will be reduced. 3300 Minnesota Ave., SE (NE bound)
Got the $50 ticket a few weeks later for 38 in a 25 mph zone … 25 mph in all of DC, this has got to change. This was my second in two weeks (posted the other as well). So I came to find a site just like this. Thanks for everyone’s contributions, now maybe I won’t go broke paying photo fines.
