Orlando, Florida Speed Traps
Anderson Street between Delaney and Summerlin Avenue
Motorcycle Officers park on Eola Dr and from there, radar vehicles as they head down Anderson. Due to shrubberies and slight curve of road, the officers cannot be seen till they step out and wave vehicles off the road. Officers are till at least 11 am.
MetroWest Blvd
Mortocycle cop on sidewalk hidden around curve. I’ve seen him on both sides of the road. Typically, he prefers to stay closer to the Wal-Mart side. The same cop also stands in the median ob LB McLoud in fron of the McCoy Federal Credit Union.
Edgewater Dr., Esp. near Edgewater High School
Just a motorcycle cop on the side of the road getting people ignoring the school zone in the morning. Usually plenty of people warning you ahead of time though.
Lake Underhill road east of Woodbury
This 4-lane stretch of road passes by 2 schools next to each other and into a large heavily residential area. Cops love to hide at the intersections to various subdivisions and in left-turn breaks in the trees. Most prevailent immediately after school lets out in the afternoon, where I have found up to 3-4 officers in a few hundred yards of roadway.
Kirkman road into Interstate 4
As stated before “Motorcycle Highway patrol waits behind concrete pillars and stops first few vehicles. One on right side and one on leFort Officer steps out onto roadway to stop vehicle.”” But I got pulled over when there was 3 cops in police cars hiding. The above statement is the full truth they will not get on their bikes or in the cars they will just run out in the road. “
