Pembroke Pines, Florida Speed Traps

About 1/2 mile East of University Drive on Taft Street. At the very Eastern edge of Pembroke Pines just before entering Hollywood. Motorcycles on the North side of Taft with radar guns. Four lane street with a holding lane, so there’s plenty of space to stop drivers. Posted speed 35mph; but it’s really easy to go 45 to 50 as it’s not a congested street.

The Trap is located off the Sheridan Street exit off of I75 between I75 and Flamingo Rd in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
The motorcycle cop will stand in the center median of the road or if it a cop car, it will be off on the side which is fairly easy to pick off. Its the motorcycle cop in the center median that is hard to pick off due to the trees on the median.

Police officers usually in Motorcycle are posted next to the BCC South Campus right after the airport, They are facing the east bound lane of Pines boulevard. So if you are going from west to east on Pines blvd…slow down a little bit right after you pass University Drive.

Cops sit at a 24hour 711 type deal next to a hess gas station. They sit facing the west bound lane of Pines boulevard, speed limit before you hit University is 40mph posted so BE careful. They usually sit between midnight and 4am.

Police usually are parked on side of grass around 7:00AM and 2:00PM as there is a high school nearby and students are going and coming out of school. Speed limit is 35MPH.
