86th Avenue near 113th Ridge Road Street
Once you cross 113th Sreet (Ridge Road) going east on 86th avenue, the speed limit drops from 30mph to 25mph for no apparent reason. Those who are unaware of the lowered speed limit, and who regularly drive 5 miles above the posted speed limit, will get a ticket that carries a hefty fine.
