Tamarac, Florida Speed Traps

I was walking east on Commercial and near 57th Ave and there were two Broward country motorcyles units with Ka. I talked to them and they said they had instant on and would only use Radar after estimating the speed of the car first as Florida state law says. The bikes were on a side street and hidden by holly bushes. They said that a detector is useless to the tactics they use. I watched both of them pick on someone and roar away to issue the ticket.
