The speed limit on 405 travelling east is 55 MPH and quickly turns to 40 MPH . As the two lanes become four there is a wooded area to the south and hiding in that wooded area is a TPD officer in a cruiser. Regularly seen in the morning hours, 7:30 to 9:00a.m.
