There is so much traffic on harrison and the cross street Royal Oak that there is no way any person can tell to what vehicle the radar reading goes to. I believe the RADAR readings are inaccurate because of all the congestion At around 5:00 Pm

Motorcycle cop sits at top of bridge overpass just out of sight. Speed drops from 45 to 35 just as you get halfway up ramp.

In the daytime usually a motorcycle officer parked in trees and in the evening patrol car parked with lights off on side of road.
