Doraville, Georgia Speed Traps

The location is in the city of Doraville on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. just north of its intersection with I-285.
Both north and southbound lanes are affected and tickets are given regularly at any time of day. The Doraville Police nail many commuters by parking in the gore of adjoining roads and beading their radar on everyone. I travel this road regularly and it is seldom that I do not see a poor victim of these out of control harassers. They love new equipment and cars and in a town as poor as Doraville there is only one way they can get them, your wallet. Do not let them ruin your day.

Doraville cops regularly sit on side of road at exit to Tilly Mill Road heading south. Don’t speed, they are there often.

I travel 285 counter-clockwise on my way to church every Sunday, and almost every Sunday without fail (at least 95% of the time) there is a cop with a laser sticking out of his car at the exit for Hwy 141. It’s almost gotten to be a joke to me he is there so often.

traveling west on 285 at 10:30 am , keeping up with traffic, which typically goes much faster than the 55mph limit…average speed on this road is 70 mph, he says he clocked me at 87 ! i hope i can succesful fight this in court becuase i believe i was going 75 mph tops !
