Doraville, Georgia Speed Traps
Two cars watching for not signaling lane change. Ended up with $420 ticket for failure to signal lane change and crossing a solid white line.
Driving along a Highway one would think that the speed limit would be at least 55 on a 7-lane road. Officer said I was doing 68 in a 45. I thought it was a 55, I was still speeding yes but my ticket price was $356. Crazy high considering I was NOT doing 25+.
Be real careful of an officer by the last name Mann. If he give you a citation. Don’t argue. He will take you to jail and Lie to the Judge about it. One Bad Officer makes the entire force looks….. STAY AWAY FROM DORAVILLE . . . .
City of Doraville sits in driveway just north of Burger King catching people coming down a long hill. Tickets in this 35 mph zone are very expensive, 49 mph was $351.
Cop sits in the median holding radar. speed limit is 55 but most drive faster than that. He is there early morning before sunrise and it’s hard to see him sitting there inside the median behind the baracade. There is another unmarked car about a mile down from him at Peachtree Industrial where they usually pull people over after being clocked by the hidden cop car off the median.
