All along 278 evenings. We have out of state plates and were pulled over for running a red light. Problem is we did not run one. Cop saw out of state plates and pulled us over wrote my husband a ticket because he thinks it is more trouble than its worth to fight it in court.
Seaboard Avenue near Rosedale Road
Hiram PD sits near Hiram Elementary on a very consistent basis. They get you for running stop signs. If you don’t come to a complete stop and then proceed they will get you! Happened to me! Officer told me rule of thumb, count to 3 before proceeding. Watch out, they will get you!
Angham Road near Pool Road
On Angham Rd, between Pool Rd and Cleburne Pkwy, 3:30-ish, a single officer frequently sits on a dirt driveway concealed by a clump of pine trees. Keep in mind the speed limit on this stretch of Angham Rd. is 35 mph.
US Highway 278 near Watts Road
On US 278 East Bound, in Hiram, after you pass the light at Business 6 and start down the hill, a Hiram PD officer often sits at the Sparkles Skating Rink or one of the other businesses at the bottom of the hill just past Watts Rd and before Wal-Mart. The speed limit is 45 MPH as you are approaching downtown Hiram, but the hill is so steep, that you can easily top 60 even if you just coast down the hill.
