This trap is located in a small town which you pas through without stopping. speed limit goes from 65 to 45 which is reasonable and has posted reduced speed ahead signage. Suddenly the speed limit is reduced to 35 with prior notification for only about 1/4 of a mile.

City of Reynolds has moved the city limits out 4 miles only on the highway, the 4 residents dont get the benifit of being in the city. This is only for running radar to gain money.

You had better slow it down to 35 mph as posted.
