Approximately two mile strip of Tyrone road going south from State Highway 74. Speed limit recently reduced to 35MPH for the stated purpose of increasing revenue for the city of Tyrone.

Be careful in Tyrone city limits as the cops have unmarked midnight blue and black dodge chargers. I drive a midnight blue charger and was saluted endlessly by the locals whenever I drove in Tyrone.

Highway 74 in Tyrone and Peachtree city is has a speed limit of 55 mph and is a large source of revenue for the City Of Fayetteville and the town of Tyrone. Laser is commonly used and police hide on the sides of the road where they cannot be seen. If you get a ticket in the Fayetteville you are guilty. No matter what "evidence" you present the court is nothing more than a clown court that will judge you guilty regardless of what the law states. My attorney refers to this county as "Fayettenam" because of the way this county bends the laws. A common tactic of theirs is to jail people who attempt to defend themselves against traffic citations in court to "teach them a lesson" for wasting the court’s time. 74 is the worst road for this but avoiding Fayetteville and Peachtree City is advisable if possible.
