Police car parks in church parking lot on south side of west Williams, watching for speeders and the 3 way stop at Logan, and Williams

On 150 – Martin Luther King heading into Danville. When the speed changes from 55 to 50 mph. Slow Down. Just after the road goes from divided to single you will see a road bridge and then a railroad bridge – between the two bridges there is an area of grass, and that is where the Cops hide with their speed guns. Sometimes they are on the far side of the railroad bridge. I’ve got a ticket there, so be careful. You cannot see the cops until your are right there, and then its to late to take action. I always slow down at the 50 sign.

A trooper sets at the old tv place which is a street down from hegler. Usually there on weekends and generally whenever he is on duty. Not only does he do speeding but he gets other violations as well (seatbelts and the like.)
North and south bound too not just one way.

They sit just around the corner before you get to Luther King exit, just look to your left for about a mile before you get off the exist’s they sit there as apair, letting peoples think they are talking but they get you both way’s.

City Police use this spot to catch northbound speeders. The speed limit is 35, but traffic usually moves at 40-45. Good spot for cop to hide car–can’t see him ’til it’s too late.
