Deerfield, Illinois Speed Traps

Officer sits on median strip facing west on lake-cook road, lights off. It’s not well lit, so the car is difficult to see. Speed limit is posted well below safety limits of road and traffic.

Cops like to sit here because it is a fenced off section with an indent that most don’t know about. You wont be able to see them unless it is light out until the last second. The indent can fit almost the entire squad car. On south Side of the road hitting traffic heading East toward the Edens Expressway
