Northbound vehicles are visible for at least a half mile then they go down a hill losing visibility coming up just a few yards from the Police car. There are stop lights at each of these intersections thus forcing the northbound vehicles to slow down. The Sheriff has been known to make a U-Turn and pull any one of the Northbound vehicles over for "speeding". . .$175 violation depending how fast the Sheriff estimates your speed.
