Most of the town – heavy around Martino Jr High and on 30 by Providence where the speed limit was just lowered
Most of the town is inforced but especially if you are young. It is a small town with no crime and the cops have nothing better to do than to harass undeserving people. Being an all white town they pull over blacks and mexicans alot too.
