The speed limit is 30. They are ticketing people all the time. You have to go the speed limit here or you will get a ticket. It does not matter what time of day it is. This is definately a very patrolled area.
Kern Rd just west of Bremen Hwy at Meadows Edge school
when the speed limit light is flashing, the speed limit is 25 because school is starting or ending. Even around 1130am when the kindergartener go home. Normally the speed limit is 50 but not when the light is flashing. Go the speed limit here, you will get nailed. And rightly so, we want our kids safe.
On 12th St between elm/capitol and Fir Rd
South bend and Mishawaka police patrolling. and they are on everyone
Elm Rd & Edwardsburg Hwy
there is a small church along this road and there is almost always a cop there in the afternoon they also like to sit on the side of the firedepartment and get people on 23

i work at harris little league and i have seen the cop sit here many times the railroad track there normally sow people down but some people in suvs fly over em and get nabbed so
