Police sit in the gas stations all along 1st Ave in Coralville and typically watch for speeders southbound on 1st Ave going into Coralville. Speed limit is only 25 and they will even weave in and out of traffic to stop the offender. Have seen enforcement almost every day at noon.
Going Eastbound on I-80, both State Patrol and Coralville Police will monitor change in speed from 70 MPH to 65 MPH. I-80 at the I-380 underpass is downhill so it’s easy to keep up 70 MPH. Cops will ticket anyone over 70 MPH.
