State Highway LA 82 near Alcide Drive
On the curve on LA 82 going or coming from the Perry Bridge, there is usually a Sheriff’s deputy hiding just off Alcide Drive, and he will pull over ANYONE going over the speed limit. Don’t let this happen to you.
State Highway 14 near Hardy Memorial Street
Also known as Charity Street. They have been known to set up on the big sweeping curve headed toward downtown. Usually at the car wash.
Sometimes it is an old car with a mannequin (really. in uniform and everything), or in a similar car with a real cop and working radar.
Don’t hit that light at Hardy Memorial on yellow. He can see that as well.
