Baton Rouge, Louisiana Speed Traps

Sherrif’s Deputys hide in the Nursery Driveway and sometimes the other side backed up in the trees near the little horses. They have been seen different times of the day but mostly at commute time.

Police officers stand in the medium with their guns pointed at oncoming traffic.

The police are always on the west (right) side of Wooddale as you drive south (towards) Florida Blvd. They park on a shell road behind a line of trees and cannot be seen.

Officer sits on Millerville overpass, shots radar onto I-12 (both directions). Speed limit is 60, don’t exceed.

Section of BlueBonnet Blvd. between Nicholson Drive and Burbank. Coming from Nicholson, the posted limit is 40 mph and then decreases to 30mph because of homes fronting BlueBonnet. Radar is there constantly and people are used to the 40 mph and then suddenly it turns to 30 mph.
