Warren Rd past Bosley

Cockeysville, MarylandMay 25, 20110 Comments

Going downhill, watch out because they sit & wait on turn around area on left side of road. It’s easy for them to catch speeders in the 30 mph zone. Going over by 20 mph over costs more than $150. It’s almost too easy for them!!!

CRANBROOK Road near ALL OF CRANBROOK RD

All of CRANBROOK RD is watched quite often. They will set up speed traps all along this road. 30 MPH for a 2 lane rd is very unrealistic.

Interstate 83 North near Exit Number 18

Cockeysville, MarylandJul 18, 20061 Comments

As you exit from I-83 Northbound onto Warren Road (exit 18), the speed limit drops to 45mph. There has been a speedtrap setup at the bottom of the hill, on the righthand side. Right after you pass the "Reduce Speed" signs and go around a bend, you will come into view of the radar. If you haven’t already slowed down, it is too late. Hardly anyone is doing 45 since the average speed on I-83 is at least 65 and the exit is not an extremely tight turn. So be aware of what might be there.

Usually Smokey sits next to Dulaney High on either side of the road running radar and laser. Speed is only 30 and road is fun to drive at higher speeds. Great caution is encouraged at midday and late evening.
