Sitting parked on College Parkway facing Nelson Street, apparently waiting to catch speeders, although these would have to blow through a 3-wat stop, so whenever anyone is caught it would be a multiple (serious!) moving violation.

Rockville, MarylandOct 01, 20000 Comments

There is a cop, usually during the evenings that are parked on the right side (on one of the small roads) as you go toward Rt. 355 (i.e. going west). The speed limit is about 40mph, but during the evenings, this road is pretty empty and it is easy to travel faster.

Trap is located at the bottom of a hill and just after exiting I270. Speed limit drops abruptly from 35mph to 25mph although "reduce speed ahead" sign is present. Trap is approx 100ft after 1st 25mph sign.
