Center Rd. south from 8 mile is all down hill (real hill not just a slope) posted speed is 25 all the way through town. You will not stay at 25 without engine braking or strong brake pedal usage. PD will sit facing south bound traffic in an unused driveway just past Hillers Mkt on the west side of the street. 25MPH and they mean it, it’s easy to slip up here and be going 30 or more.

Novi Road

If your going south on Novi Rd just before the curve before 8 mile rd, he sits on the west side in the apartments lot shooting radar at the south bound traffic. By the time you get near that curve it’s too late (hard to see around curves at nite).

Silver Springs Road near 7 Mile Road

Just north of 7 Mile Road, officers park in the apartment parking lot and check speeds of cars using radar gun. This is primarily done when kids are walking to the local elementary school and waiting for the school bus along Silver Spring Road.

South of 7 Mile road on Northville road, the speed limit is 40 MPH. Once you are north of 7 mile, the speed limit drops to 35 MPH. Right before the 90 degree bend in Northville rd. (1/4 Mile) the speed limit drops to 25 MPH. You have to brake to get your car down to 25 MPH, you cannot coast. Grey Police car (also seen a SUV) Sits in the Chamber of Commerce Parking Lot. In the morning, Enforcement is reversed, where police monitor south bound traffic by setting up in the Saddelry parking lot (well Hidden) and also sitting on the side of the road near the VFW Hall.

On Northville road – north of 7 mile, south of Griswold (where the speed limit goes from 35 MPH to 25 MPH traveling north towards downtown Northville). They park on the east side of the street. Sometimes off the road and sometimes in the Chamber of Commerce parking lot.
