There will be an un-marked car on the overpass that has no ramps between exit 13 and exit 15 on I-275 in Romulus near Detroit Metro Airport. There will also be usually 2 marked and 2 un-marked cars parked along the median, the un-marked car on the bridge calls the speed violations to the waiting units below along the median and they pursue the alleged targets. The un-marked units are a 2007 Dodge Charger (Hemi), and a Dodge Magnum (Hemi), so running is not a viable option..
