Lexington Ave right by the bridge between Thomas and Front

Saint Paul, MinnesotaOct 06, 20031 Comments

The cops are usually on the southbound side about one block before Thomas. They catch you as you are coming off of the bridge. They hid in the trees and the cops are on foot. There are sometimes 2 officers. They step out into traffic and stop you and pull you over to the side. Sometimes they also steup shop on the northbound side on the other side of the bridge, by Burgess St.

typically an unmarked squad, manned by rookies. One often stands out close to traffic lane and waves violators in. Ticketed me for 36 in a posted 30mph zone.

Kellogg Ave/Third Street Brigde and Broadway, Downtown St. Paul

Saint Paul, MinnesotaJul 28, 20030 Comments

Usually the only traffic caught here is heading westbound coming down the bridge from the east side. The speed limit onthe bridge is I beleive 45, it could just be 40, and it drops down to 30 at the bottom of the bridge. Cops like to sit at the bottom of the hill in the parking lot or just beyond it and catch those that do not slow down quick enough, or even those who like to go just a bit faster down the bridge.
