usually a Blue Impala will sit at the Bottom of the Bridge and get Cars comming from downtown St. Paul over the Wabasha Bridge.

In the summer months cops on motorcycles will hide on the shoulder and wait for you to come over the bridge.

Speed limit drops from 65 to 45 in a hurry and most people don’t slow down so its money in the bank for the cops.

Cops hide behind a water facility thingy about 1 bloack E of Hazelwood, near the fire station at Herbert, and also next to trees near Kennard. You dont see them until the last minute. Cars are either marked or unmarked.

Cops on motorcycles, cops in unmarked, cops in marked. They stand on the corner of Maryland and Desoto, and sometimes Clark(1 blk W of Desoto)and get you as you come down the Maryland hill from Edgerton.
