State Highway Missouri Hwy 249 near State Highway 249 between 7th street exit and 32nd street exit.
Jasper county sherriff or Missouri Hwy patrol will sit in median day and night waiting for a speeding motor vehicle to pass by. They will write a ticket be aware of your speed (55mph). Good luck
E. 26th Street near Food 4 Less
If you’re coming from Food 4 less on Arizona, it turns into 26th Street as you round the curve. There are 2 places they hide. One is behind the dentist’s sign at the end of the curve. The other is Behind the church sign about 4 houses down. I live close to the church and I see them sitting there sometimes. They’ve caught lots of people right before work and right after.
7th Street near Range Line Road
The entire city of Joplin is one big speedtrap, to make a long story short. I got a cheesy ticket for seven over (42/35) heading west on 7th street from Range Line Road. The cop was sitting at the cleaners that used to be located on Brownell off 7th Street. These guys are like the Gestapo when it comes to writing tickets. It’s not always the dinky towns that rip people off! Oh wait, try Indiana and 20th, with school out for the summer! I could go on, and on…..
