Interstate 80 Traffic

Interstate 80 traffic is constantly targeted near Battle Mountain, especially on the east side. I have yet to find out where they could be hiding because there’s no cover!!! Yet, none the less, I see someone pulled over everytime I drive through there. Isn’t the gold mine paying enough to that county?

Construction Entrances

I was pulled over in Battle Mountain right when the speed limit dropped from 75MPH to 55MPH in a facade of what was a construction zone. I was even cited for speeding where there were men at work when there were not only no men at work but the cleanest looking road with simply a small stretch of road signs. It was like this off an on for quite a distance coming home from California to Utah where I live. Be on the lookout!

Anywhere within 15 miles east or west of Battle Mountain, Nevada on I-80. I have never in my life seen so many people pulled over (5-6) in both directions within a 30 minute period of driving.
