between flamingo and tropicana, speed limit is 30 due to UNLV campus, easy to go 35-40, that’s when they nab you.Mostly cops on motorcycles, hiden on the right side of the road as you go south .
Buffalo Street near Sahara and Charleston Street
Between Charleston and Sahara on Buffalo. Cops, maninly biker cops, hide either in one of the entrances to the park, or on O’Bannon, they are very hard to see at night. The speed limit is 35 mph on a very busy street. It should be 45 but there is one house. Hope this helps
summerlin Parkway

I-215 Beltway west of Town Center at the Desert Inn underpass
A NHP cruiser will sit at the Desert Inn underpass in the median either facing eastbound or westbound traffic.
Mount Charleston
Got nailed coming down from mount charleston on the way to 95 south. Road is one lane in either direction and NHP in a marked SUV waits for motorists to pass someone (legally). When you speed up to pass in the opposing lane, smokey jumps out and tickets you. Naturally, you need to exceed the speed limit because you don’t want to risk a head on collision for any longer than necessary.
