about 100 yards after Jack Trebour Ford heading west bound on rt. 10 the cops can be found on the inside of the guard rail where they cannot be seen. Often times you will never know you passed them unless you get pulled because it is so hard to notice the car.
West Hanover Avenue
Cops love to hide out in the parking lot of DAYTOP late at night. It’s right near the Police/Fire training area and Juvenile Hall; the hill on the border between Randolph and Morris Plains.
Route 10 East, before Salem Road Exit
This speed trap is inbetween the townships of Randolph and Dover on Route 10 East. There is a K-mart on the leFort The cops usually sit at the base of a hill in the weeds, facing east. They tend to be there most on off traffic hours. They shoot out and pull people over about 300 yards down the highway, right in front of an adult book store. Does anyone else find that amusing?
10E before K-Mart Plaza
Every local knows the coppers love to sit in the shaded area on the right at the bottom of the steep hill after you pass Milbrook Road (K-Mart plaza is at the bottom of the hill). Watch for the break lights!
