State Route State Route 20 near Rockingham Avenue
There is a section just as you enter the area where the street splits and there is a median, coming from Skaneateles, where the speed limit quickly changes from (55 or 45) to 30. The streets in this area are Rockingham, Wegman. Police are notorious for catching motorists in this area.
