State Street Bridge in Binghamton both north and south bound, heavy patrols using Laser and radar. Officers are very aggressive in this area.
Prospect Street near Prospect Terrace Fire Station
The Broome County Sherrifs sit in the parking area across the street from the Prospect Terrace Fire Company. From this vantage point they can clock anyone going in either direction on Prospect Street. They don’t always sit here but it is frequent.
Interstate 81S/17E near Exit Number 3
Junction of I81 and R17, (soon to be I86), Kirkwood, just south of Binghamton City Limits at the Industrial Park exit. Long-Time favorite location. The State Police barracks are within 1 mile. Don’t get too confident after you pass them; they like to tuck under the bridge after the next exit on 81S, and if your headed up 17E, watch the bridge on at North Rd, West Windsor.
