Waits in Ozzy’s restaurant or the constuction driveway entrance next door (across from Rick’s Prime Rib). Scans you as you leave the City of Rochester from Mt. Read heading west – crossing 390, or heading East from Howard Rd. just passing the Quarry.

Interstate 490 near Interstate 390

This is referring to the split where 490 east turns onto 390 north. There is often an officer stationed in the dip in the fork that has nabbed several cars making the turn onto 390 north exploiting the fact that the speed limit on the ramp is 40 from a steady 55 on 490 and that its an easy speed change to overlook. This is usually a no brainer as long as you keep your eyes out you might be able to spot the trap from a long ways coming but just recently Ive noticed BLACK cruisers WITHOUT lights on top of there vehicles sitting there mostly at night. You can get away with 48 but when youre cruising at 65 its easy to get nailed on the ramp doing 50. Keep an eye out.

Occasionally, there will be a trooper/police car sitting on the lawn of a vast lot just south of the FedEx building. One does not see the car until passing it. If it is at night, this makes matters worse because the police car is usually a navy blue color and there are hardly any street lights. This way, you can’t see the car until it’s too late. Beware of this one!

Lylle Rd ( past Elmgrove) leading to Spencerport

A cop car anxiously awaits where an entrance to a park is closed, behind trees and shrubs. You cant see him till you have gone by, but right after you cross elmgrove BEWARE! the speed limit is posted at 35 but cars continuously go well over. (i was caught with a 55 in the 35)
