As you drive south on Central, passing the Raceway on your left, the road becomes a straight-away with the speed limit 30. Then a downhill part of the road easily lifts your speed to 40 or better. The officer sits at the bottom of the hill, between Wendover Rd and Hall Pl, clocks cars as they are coming down the hill. Watch out they are there a lot in police and unmarked vehicles.
