Speed limit 45. Passing Lanes 200yds long. Cops say you can’t exceed speed limit more than 5 mph to pass. They are sitting at many passing areas, hidden in trees.

I-240 east of downtown Asheville has speed traps at all using several Asheville City patrol cars moving and hidden behind trees on both sides.
