Beaufort, North Carolina Speed Traps

In the morning a marked Beaufort PD cruiser has been hiding in the shadows under a large tree at the bed and breakfast about 1/2 mile inside the town limits.

Beaufort is a small town located near an airport. Airplane enforcement is minimal but it does exist, it has too. How else can the officer with spiked hair find you when you are doing wrong. He will wait and watch and when you are least likely to think you are in trouble, he strikes. He keeps the pen and paper industry in business.
