Dublin, Ohio Speed Traps

Dublin city police sit in the patrol car and watch for speeders doing over 35mph.

West bound I-270 traffic, after Sawmill Rd. After some of the bridges there is a place for cops to "park", you cannot see their car until you pass them. You have to look for the officer’s head (& laser gun). If you’re paying attention, and you look ahead, you can see them as you come into the curve.

Long, curvy stretch of road, leading past front of a middle school that has school speed limits. Residents along road are constantly complaining to police about cars going faster that 25 mph, and police preiodically strictly enforce limits.

Dublin police sit on brand road in the trees at the corner of Bristol Commons. I see them at random times during the day there.

This is a long stretch of 2 lane country road for the most part. But as you are heading Eastbound on Bright Road, you will notice a 25 MPH sign. As soon as you notice this sign, you have already been hit by the radar / laser gun. The officer and cruiser are always obscure, due to being hidden on an access road for the high tension power lines(also a lot of bushes and shrubs to park behind)
