This is a 25 mph zone and they get you in a variety of ways. They either have the white ford escape with the camera on the west side of broadway. There are also police cars the hide in the highway patrol parking lot on the east side of broadway in the winter because there are hills of snow that hide them. One last place they sit in the police car is before 131st street if you are going north on the east side of broadway in the business at the corner with the cars for sell.

Currently roving, white SUV’s that has speed cameras on-board pointed through the front winshield. Quick changing 35mph to 25mph can catch you in a fast $100 fine per occurrence.

E 135th and Granger

The police sit in an unmarked car on E 135th looking to catch people trying to make the light at Granger. It’s a short light and people have atendency to speed to try to catch it.

Rockside Road near Btwn Canal and Turney

Rockside Rd between Canal and Turney is a four-lane, limited access hilly section thru a non-residential woodsy area. Posted limit is 35mph! Just coasting down the hills can put you over 50mph. A graveled apron midway on the south side is a perfect spot for radar – hidden by trees traveling westbound and by a hillside eastbound. Traffic is generally light. Lived here 30yrs and never saw an accident on this stretch. They should be out patroling the neighborhood…

Warner Road near Canal Road

The stretch of Warner Road between Garfield Blvd. and Canal Road is regularly a speed trap. More common for those traveling down to Canal as its downhill and its easier to pick up speed. Cops like to hide on the sides of the hill where there are fenced entrances to businesses. Generally, anything over 5mph and they will get you.
