If the weather is good or decent, the cops are on motorcycles and they hide underneath the overpass. It’s where all the construction. If the weather is bad, they will be in their cars and you can usually spot them sitting on the side of the road.

Always the same officer. He sits in a visitor parking space at an apartment complex. He is there as early as 6:30 AM to catch Tulsa Regional Medical Center employees who arrive prior to 7:00 AM

cars are usually near the Quicktrip. They wait until late at night when there’s no traffic so everyone drives ~10 over. They seem to give out more warnings than tickets though.
