Between the tollbooth and turner turnpike exit. Usually in a valley and in a Persuit Chevy Camaro that was confinscated from a citizen at one time for narcotic smuggling. He sits on the shoulder on the right side but unless you want a chase dont try to outrun him. A story on the local news was done about this persuit car and it has a top speed of 167 miles an hour.

169 South bewteen 21ST and 91ST
The technique being used is a Tulsa PD car without any lights on the top, he pulls behind you and claims to have "matched your speed and confirmed it on Radar." I’m not sure this is an accurate and legal technique, but it is very sneaky.
Mingo Street, North of Pine Street
Tulsa PD patroll this stretch almost every morning catching American Airlines Employees going to work. They sit off hiding in a driveway about 2 blocks north of Pine Street off North Mingo. Also, they will use rolling instant on radar, K-Band and super wide KA are used. Heavy enforcement from 4:30 am to 9 am is common, Monday through Friday.
