Cops park illegally north of shurbs in center island of street. Have seen them as early as 7:30 am on a Sunday. Good Friday at 10:30 am, two cops are parked side by side talking to each other. When driving from the south, the shrubs hide the cops. When driving from the north, there is an incline that prevents seeing the cops until you are a block from them.
